Engaging the Dharma, A PIMC Initiative:
Meeting Notes, Notices & Events

With all the environmental challenges and social injustice we see in the world today, it becomes increasingly clear for many Buddhists that the path of engagement and action is becoming essential; that it’s important to add in our voices and perspectives, and work together to actively strive for a better world. Engagement provides us the opportunity to create the world we want to live in, both off the cushion as well as on it.

To this end, PIMC began the "Engaging the Dharma" initiative in Oct. 2018, to give our sangha a platform for unified action. In this program, we explore and determine ways to be of service actively, effectively, and compassionately in the larger community outside of PIMC.
