On Saturday, May 28, the beautiful opportunity arises once again, for us to spend a day together giving back to our beloved community!
As spring is upon us, the time has come once more to clean up the physical structure that our sangha calls "home." Please come join us for a day of community, fun, and getting things done!
What: Karma Yoga Spring Cleaning Party
When: Saturday, April 28th, 9am-4pm
Where: PIMC--6536, SE Duke St., Portland
Lunch: Pizza will be provided for lunch, including GF and Vegetarian options
Optional to Bring:
- drinks or side dishes to accompany the pizza provided by PIMC
- cardboard for flower bed project (we need lots!)
- gardening tools (please label with your name so that you get them back!)
Notes: If you are new to the community, this is a wonderful way to get acquainted and connect. All are welcome, including children, friends, and neighbors! Please feel free to drop in for a few hours, or the whole day, whatever works for you. We will delight in whatever you are able to share of your time and your labor. Rod Endacott will be the team lead of the day, organizing the flow. Look for his smiling face if you pop in after things get started and you're not sure how to help.
Contact: With any questions, email Kirsten at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing you there!
